Thank god for Sokka and his sense of humor. Movies like this have been taking themselves too seriously lately which just makes them look like a joke. *cough* Twilight *cough*

I think there only going to kill Sokka's crazy over the top slapstick, not his humour as a whole. I think he'll still be strong comic relief.

i'm very sad that sokka wasn't funny. at all! ok the part where katara freezes him was ok, but still!! he's suppose to be the sarcasism and meat guy!!! where was that in the movie?

Call me dumb, but "Aang" (Oong, actually) sounds like he has his nose pluged or something when he talks... lol I have magical ears! *shooo-oom*

Hmmm, yeah, maybe Sokka's cheer/laugh lead to something, but since other trailers don't seem to show anything "funny"/in the Avatar's Universe...meeeh...
