I can be quite the opposite sometimes. I can have the WORST creative block and be unable to draw what I want, but, I can draw something that people request. That's my issue right now, that's why I'm taking requests. Out of all the different styles you've been experimenting with, which is your favorite, which do you prefer, and why?

Out of everything, I have to say I always go back to my pencil. Usually a HB. There's something about the sketchy pencil look that attracts me. Plus, it's easy to erase and start over.

The smooth lay-down of oil pastels is absolutely amazing, but the actual blending of the colors takes a lot of practice, and it's a bit messy, but once you get the hang of it they are really fun and give a different look. Kind of a waxy/watery feel to a picture.

Prisma colors are also a favorite of mine. They are super smooth, blend beyond belief and there are so many color combinations you can make with them. Lineweight it also super easy. They have a soft lead, so they break a lot and they are rather expensive.

While paint is fun, it's really not my thing. This is the first year I really worked with it and I was unhappy with everything I did, but it was a lot of fun.

I've done a scratch board before and I hated that too. If you don't know what it is you can go to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scratchboard to read a bit. I didn't like the whole "taking away" idea. The same goes for linoleum block. It's really hard to gauge, and I cut myself multiple times.
I hate ink, like india ink, pens, markers, and things like that. It's too permanent and hard to fix, and frankly unless it's mixed with something just the right way I think it looks boring (look at the ink practice of the house.)
Water colors are a no for me also, for a lot of the reasons of ink. I just can't function with it very well.
As far as anything else, 3D art is not for me, although I do enjoy my clay pieces every now and then.

I've never messed with scratchboard, but, I want to. I have a few good oil pastel works from elementary school. I also have this drawing of a shoe I just love. The concept was to have no eraser. So, we drew our shoes with a sharpie. (just a picture) http://i43.tinypic.com/demxdk.jpg

I know this sounds silly, but, have you ever messed with sidewalk chalk? It's honestly a really fun form of art. I used to draw Aang all of the time on my driveway.

What mediums have you yet to test out?

Hmm well... I've never done wood, or a mural type thing with cut rocks, I've never made a sculpture by chissling down. not much sewing. These are more of arts and crafts things, but the regular art mediums I think I've close to tried them all. No airbrushing yet though. But I think that would be fun

hahaha I had one with my name on it when I was in like, third grade. He knew my name and I couldn't understand how, so being my genius self I said "Oh yeah? I bet you can't spell it!" He did perfectly. I'm sure you can guess what shirt I was wearing that day.
